JGS offers conversions to and from most established HD tape formats. These include: HDCAM, HD100, and HDV.
We can also digitize to a hard drive as well as renting you or selling a hard drive with your footage already digitized for your favorite NLE.
HD Output
Need to output your final edit master from your hard drive to an HD tape format or to Blu-ray or HD DVD? Just send or bring us your portable hard drive or firewire drive and specify your output format!
JGS can also dub and cross convert to or between any of the HD tape or disc formats as needed.
Handling various frame rates and special requirements such as letterbox, 3:2 pulldown, etc. is no problem for our skilled technicians. We follow rigorous guidelines and quality control procedures to ensure that complex HD specifications are always maintained. We also transfer and author to Blu-Ray DVD-R.
HD Cross & Down Conversions
Need to go from one HD format to another? You got it!
Need to down convert to SD 4:3 in either Digi-Beta, DVCAM or even Panasonic Pro-25/50? No problem!
All cross and down conversions are routed via premium SDI cables.

We maintain our equipment within peek professional specifications and have the capacity to turn large quantities in a short period of time including retail ready product with shrink-wrap.
